Products and Service Policy

Facial treatments for clients under 18 must have parental consent.

Brazilian services will be provided to those ages 18 and over only.

No additional guests and no children allowed in the studio. 

Please arrange for childcare ahead of time.  Additional guests will be asked to wait outside the treatment room.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

There will be NO REFUNDS for services rendered or retail products purchased.  Only unused/unopened products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

While I understand emergencies may arise, please allow 24 hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged for 50% fee of your booked service.  No Shows will be charged 100% fee. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice and you will be charged 50% of your booked service.

COVID-19 Policy

If you have ANY cold symptoms or have come in contact with anyone with known Covid-19, please do NOT come in for your service.  NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ALLOWED to your appointment.  Only the scheduled client will be allowed into the suite at their appointment time.  Extra time has been reserved so that the room and equipment are properly disinfected in between clients.
